Perched higher up on the hillside than any other condo complex, Columbine offers true ski-in/ski-out convenience coupled with some of the best views on the mountain. Ideal trail access is a dream come true for summertime hikers and bikers. Free wifi and parking room for 2 vehicles.
This is a two bedroom plus loft, two full bath condominium located on the north side of the complex with quick access to the slopes. Easily walk to the south end of the complex for the resort lift and trail access. The condo is comfortable with an open layout for the kitchen, dining, and living room. Entering the condo you’ll notice the rock moss, wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings immediately. The large kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and tile granite countertops. It is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook a meal-in for friends or family. Seating for 6 at the dining room table. Also on the entry floor, you’ll find a spacious queen guest bedroom flat screen TV. It is adjoined to the second gust bedroom via a full bath with twin day bed and trundle. Additional full bath can be accessed in the hall entry. Climb the spiral staircase to enter into the master on suite featuring queen bed in the open loft and flat screen TV. Outdoor complex parking for 2 is allotted. Communal, coin operated laundry available on property.
The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes. Access to the transit center from the Columbine in the summer is via single track trail to the base area, about a 5 minute walk. During the winter, the condo loop shuttle will run once an hour to the entrance of the complex and return to the main transit center for access to the base area or a transfer to the main shuttle to town. We mostly recommend that you have a vehicle when staying at this property, unless you plan to spend most of your time in the condo.
Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management provides the basic comforts of home. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponge, dish soap, and dish detergent. If you would like arrange housekeeping services during your stay, please contact our office to schedule for a modest fee.
