Easy to book, great communication with everything as advertised and some awesome maintenance folks. Very clean and spacious home with amazing views of Crested Butte. 3min drive to the free ski parking or a 10min walk downhill to shuttle that runs every 15min (winter time in ski boots is a bit of an adventure). I would definitely try to book here again.

Being from Denver we were ready to get out of the city and the chaos. This places was a gem! The pictures of this place doesn’t do it justice. It was such a nice, clean and perfect space. The views were stunning and it was right around the corner to the lifts. We will be staying here next time we visit!

We loved how cozy this spot was! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we felt immediately at home here. The gas fireplace and living area were just right. Could walk right to the slopes in the morning, and parking was easy. Coin washer/dryer right downstairs.

Scott was very friendly and informative. He got maintenance right on a problem and it was fixed in a few hours. This is my 3rd stay at Black Bear Lodge and it is the best location I have tried in the 40 years I have been coming to Crested Butte.

The Black Bear condo was fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped, the rooms were quiet (you can’t hear neighbors), and the humidifier in each bedroom was a lovely touch. We’d come back in a heartbeat! Thank you.
