Upon passing the Welcome to Mt. Crested Butte sign, continue about 1 mile up Gothic Rd. Take a left onto Marcellina Lane. Mountain Sunrise will be the second complex on your right. Pulling into the second parking lot your unit will be in the first building set to your left. Enter through the exterior glass paned door between the garages on the right end of the building. Continue up the stairs and unit #101 will be the door on your right.

Our office is located in the Three Seasons building at 701 Gothic Road, and we’re open daily during regular business hours. If you have a maintenance emergency after-hours, call this number. Parking is by permit only. There are two permits in the condo for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. Please park in the garage if possible. If not, please park in designated parking areas parallel only across from garages. In an effort to maximize the outdoor parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.
The garage is accessible with the keypad next to the garage door, code 2040#. There are also garage keys in the unit stamped with a G on the pink tag. The other key on this tag is for hot tub access.
The hot tub is centrally located in the center of the complex. You will need the key with the pink tag in your unit to unlock the hot tub. Take a right out of your unit, then continue right around the building. The hot tub is located in the gated area to your right. Glass, food and smoking are prohibited. Children MUST be supervised by an adult.

The hot tub will be closed for the off-season September 30th-November 28th.
TVs provide access to your favorite streaming services through your personalized accounts.
A bus stop is located directly in front of the complex. Walk out of your building towards Marcellina Lane. Here you will see signage for the bus stop.
Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center. This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.
The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.
This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

Washer and dryer are located in the garage.
Trash dumpsters and recycling options are located just outside your condo to the left.
Please check out of your vacation rental before or no later than 10:00 am. It’s helpful for our team if you can message or call us when you’ve departed. Please make sure to secure all windows and doors and turn off all lights and electrical devices. Want to be an exemplary guest? Please place trash in the property dumpster, gather dishes and load them in the dishwasher, and return any furniture to its’ original location.
