Upon entering at the parking lot,

  • You may use the porte-cochere to unload your belongings right next to the front doors.

  • Upon entering the Wood Creek Lodge parking lot, you may use the porte-cochere to unload your belongings right next to the front doors.

  • Entering through the glass front doors you will see an elevator through the lobby to the right. Take the elevator up to the fourth floor.

  • After exiting the elevator, follow the walkway as it wraps to the right. You’ll find Unit #406 on your left-hand side just past the laundry room.

Parking is by permit only. There are two permits in the condo for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. Parking is any available spot in the front parking lot. To maximize the outdoor parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.

The hot tub is located on the 1st level in the courtyard. Take the stairs down to your left as you exit your unit. Continue down to the 1st level and into the courtyard. Upon entering the courtyard there are another half set of stairs to your left. The hot tub is just down these stairs. Hot tub timed jet controls are to the right of the gate in the gray box, turn dial to desired use. It is open 10am to 9pm. Glass, food and smoking are prohibited. Children MUST be supervised by an adult. Extra towels are under the bathroom sink, please bring towels back to the unit after use.

The Sauna is located directly opposite of the hot tub. Enter through the glass door using code 6240. Here there are the Women’s/Men’s bathrooms, sauna and shower.

The gas grill is just beyond the hot tub. Instructions on use are posted on the grill.

The TV offers both cable and streaming access. For cable, set input to HDMI 2 using Samsung remote. To turn on cable box and change channels use Dish remote. For Roku, set input to HDMI 1 using Samsung remote. Use small black remote to navigate Roku & log into your favorite streaming services.

The fireplace is controlled using the dimplex remote.

This high efficiency kitchen has the silverware drawer located to the left of the stove in the top drawer. You will see another labeled drawer inside this top drawer. Pull the labeled drawer to get to the silverware.

A bus stop is located across the street from the parking lot entrance on Hunter Hill Rd. Continuing straight out of the Wood Creek Lodge parking lot you will see signage for the bus stop.

Summer Bus Schedule

Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center.  This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte and to the base area.

The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.

Winter Bus Schedule

This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

The laundry room is located directly to the right of the unit. The code for the laundry room is 1560. It is coin or card operated through QR scanning.

Trash dumpsters are located at the north end of the parking lot.

Please depart by 10:00 AM unless you’ve received prior approval.

Before you go, kindly:

  • Turn off all lights and appliances

  • Close and lock all windows and doors
