Ponderosa 3C

  • Take the first entrance on your left to park in the front lot.

  • Use the grated stairs up to the building 3.

  • Entering through "BLDG 3" door, continue up the stairs and unit "C" will be the first door on your left at the top.

  • Use the code that was texted to you to access the key in the lockbox. Once inside, you can leave that key in the lockbox for safekeeping. Just inside the door, you’ll find two entry keys on yellow lanyards, which you can use throughout your stay.

  • Alternatively, you can take the second entrance into the back parking lot, for ease of unloading with less stairs.

  • Park in any available designated spot across from the garages.

  • Enter the building up the half flight of stairs through the door labeled "BLDG 3".

  • Continue down to the end of the hall and enter through the green door on your right.

  • Stay to the right to continue down the hall. You will see unit "C" on you right.

Parking is by permit only. There are two permits on yellow lanyards waiting for you in the condo. You may park in any available designated spot. Please make sure to return the permit back to the condo upon departure.

The hot tub is accessed from the front parking lot. Take a right out of your unit and continue outside across the front lot. You will see the raised deck area for the hot tub. No key is required. The patio area to the right of the hot tub has a gas grill for your use. Saunas are located in building 1 & 2.  These amenities are open 9am to 9pm. Glass, food and smoking are prohibited. Children MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Please use your room towels and return them to your condo after use.

Please ensure that the flues are open before use. Fireplace flue (top) and damper (bottom) must BOTH be open in order for fireplace to work correctly. The fireplace can only burn artificial/Duraflame logs. One Duraflame log is provided complimentary during your stay.

The living room and guest bedroom TVs are offered with Roku and other streaming services.  Use the Roku remote to power on and off.

The primary king bedroom TV has AirPlay available.  Cast from your phone or connected media device for your enjoyment.  Directions to sync will appear on the TV when powered on.

The bus stop to go into town is located in the base area. From your building exit into the front parking lot. Continue past the hot tub, taking the path to the right. Cross the street and continue down Emmons Rd about a 1/4 mile. Take the grated stairs surrounded by evergreens on your right, down. Down these stairs to your left is the bus stop. Take the bus labeled “TOWN”. This is the Mountaineer Square stop.

Summer Bus Schedule

Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center.  This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.

The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.

Winter Bus Schedule

This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

There is a washer and dryer located in the guest hallway bathroom.

Trash and recycling receptacles are located at the entrance of the upper back parking lot.

To keep our STR license in good standing with the Town of Mount Crested Butte, we’re required to share a few important docs with you:

    We’ve signed this to confirm we’re following all town rules for short-term rentals. The town inspects and monitors compliance, and violations could result in fines or license suspension.

    This one’s important — it covers things like noise, trash, and parking. Guests are required to follow these rules during their stay. Noncompliance can result in fines or loss of the rental license.

Please depart by 10:00 AM unless you’ve received prior approval.

Before you go, kindly:

  • Turn off all lights and appliances

  • Close and lock all windows and doors
