Directions

  • Continue up the driveway as it wraps around to the left.

  • Continue down the driveway to the last unit on your right. You can access the unit through the common entry door between units #1/#2.

  • At the top of the stairs unit #1 will be on your left.

The keypad outside the garage will grant you access with code 0616. The garage can be accessed in the interior hallway with the code 1783.

Parking is by permit only. There are two permits in the condo for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. Please park in the garage if possible. If not, please park in designated parking areas parallel only across from garages. In an effort to maximize the outdoor parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.

Open the windows at night

Because of our high altitude and dry climate, the nights in southern Colorado tend to drop dramatically, typically falling below 60 degrees even in the height of a hot summer.  Opening windows on at least two sides of your house at night will create a cross breeze that will cool the house when the sun is down.

Close blinds during the day

While the sun can be a delightful source of natural light, it also heats your house as it filters through your glass windows. Closing blinds during the day will help to keep your house from getting too hot during the daytime.

While the upper Eagle’s Nest hot tub and sauna are getting a major upgrade, guests are welcome to use the hot tub and sauna at the lower Eagle’s Nest building.

To get there, head down the driveway from your condo and turn left onto Morning Glory Road. Shortly after, you’ll reach a “Y” in the road — take a hard right. The next building on your right is Lower Eagle’s Nest, and you’ll see the hot tub as you approach the first building. Enjoy the soak!

BASE AREA:

For ease of travel to the base area, First Tracks is an on demand free shuttle service. You may request free rides within Mt. Crested Butte. Request rides using the First Tracks app (Google app, Apple app) or call (970)713-4070. They operate 7:15am-12:15am daily.

TOWN:

A bus stop is located about a 3 minute walk down the road, in front of the Mountain Sunrise complex. Continue down Marcellina Lane from Morning Glory way. You will see bus stop signage on your left as you approach Mountain Sunrise.

Summer Bus Schedule

Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center.  This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.

The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.

Winter Bus Schedule

This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

Trash dumpsters are located at the north end of the parking lot.

To keep our STR license in good standing with the Town of Mount Crested Butte, we’re required to share a few important docs with you:

    We’ve signed this to confirm we’re following all town rules for short-term rentals. The town inspects and monitors compliance, and violations could result in fines or license suspension.

  • [Good Neighbor Policy]
    This one’s important — it covers things like noise, trash, and parking. Guests are required to follow these rules during their stay. Noncompliance can result in fines or loss of the rental license.

    Proof that our property is officially licensed for short-term rentals.

    Who to call if something unexpected comes up during your stay.

Please depart by 10:00 AM unless you’ve received prior approval.

Before you go, kindly:

  • Turn off all lights and appliances

  • Close and lock all windows and doors
