Upon passing the Welcome to Mt. Crested Butte sign, continue about 1/2 mile up Gothic Rd. After passing under the pedestrian bridge; your parking lot will be the next on the right and the building will be directly in front of you. (Directions to overflow parking under “Parking” tab) From the parking lot take the stairs to your left. Continue up to the ground level and take a right. Continue down to the end of the walkway, passing the hot tub on your right.  Take your next left then walk around the covered stairwell to your left. The first set of stairs has signage for 328A. Two flights up will bring you to the back entryway door. Inside this door, you will see the unit door #328.

Our office is located in the Three Seasons building at 701 Gothic Road, and we’re open daily during regular business hours. If you have a maintenance emergency after-hours, call this number. Parking is by permit only. There is one permit in the condo for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. There is parking for one vehicle in the lot located off Gothic Road. To maximize the outdoor parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.

Overflow parking is located in the Crested Butte Mountain Resorts parking lot. From the Emmons building parking lot take a right up Gothic Rd. Continuing up Gothic about a 1/4 mile, take a right onto Treasury Rd.  Down Treasury Rd you will see signage for CBMR Paid Parking. Enter into this lot. Continue across the dirt lot to the concrete parking structure. Park against the left end of the concrete wall.

Open the windows at night

Because of our high altitude and dry climate, the nights in southern Colorado tend to drop dramatically, typically falling below 60 degrees even in the height of a hot summer.  Opening windows on at least two sides of your house at night will create a cross breeze that will cool the house when the sun is down.

Close blinds during the day

While the sun can be a delightful source of natural light, it also heats your house as it filters through your glass windows. Closing blinds during the day will help to keep your house from getting too hot during the daytime.

From the condo you’ll head down the stairs are to your right.  The hot tub is located just above the parking lot of the Emmons building.  Hot tub hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.  Glass, food, and smoking are prohibited. Children MUST be supervised by an adult.

The hot tub will be closed for the off-season September 30th-November 28th.

Cable and streaming are available for your entertainment.  Log in to your favorite apps to stream your next show! Cable available on HDMI 2 using Spectrum remote. Streaming available on Smartcast input using Vizio remote.

This high efficiency kitchen includes a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, and two burner cook top. To turn on cook top plug in and turn switch to “ON” on the back of appliance. Turn dials to desired temperature. Basic cooking supplies and utensils are provided, including one pot and one pan.

Bunk bed light controls are velcroid on the wall next to the beds. The green/red buttons will turn the sconces on and off. The moon button will turn on the twinkle lights.

The balcony light switch is located next to the head of the bed.

The electric fireplace is a nice mountain ambiance.  It is operated by the Simplifire remote. The remote can be found on the mantle underneath the TV.

Please be aware that the pedestrian bridge and adjacent stairs will not be accessible at this time. Reconstruction is currently in progress, and the anticipated end date is the end of October. We apologize for this inconvenience and have reflected this value in presenting our best available rate.

A bus stop is located in the base area. From your unit continue down the stairs, making a left as you exit the building. Continue left around the building, passing Butte & Co on your right. Continue up the walkway and pass under the breezeway to your left. Turn right after exiting the breezeway, passing A Bar Above, here the Mountain Express Shuttle will be labeled with TOWN. This is the Moutaineer Square stop.

Summer Bus Schedule

Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center.  This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.

The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.

Winter Bus Schedule

This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

Washer and dryers are located in the common laundry room on the parking level of the building. From the parking lot up the 1/2 set of stairs, the laundry door will be on the left. The door code is 1122. These machines are quarter operation only.

Trash dumpsters are located in the parking lot off Gothic Rd.

Please check out of your vacation rental before or no later than 10:00 am. It’s helpful for our team if you can message or call us when you’ve departed. Please make sure to secure all windows and doors and turn off all lights and electrical devices. Want to be an exemplary guest? Please place trash in the property dumpster, gather dishes and load them in the dishwasher, and return any furniture to its’ original location.
