Parking is by permit only. There are two permits in the condo for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. If possible, please park one vehicle in the garage and one in front of the unit. To maximize the outdoor parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.

The hot tub is located across from your unit. Down the stairs and the door to the hot tub will be on your right.  Hot tub hours are from 10:00AM – 9:00PM and it will be unlocked during those times unless it’s undergoing maintenance. Glass, food and smoking is prohibited. Please use your room towels and return them to your condo after use. Children MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

The living room and bedroom TVs have cable provided.  Use the Spectrum remote to power on the cable box and TV separately.

Ventless Dryer – Quick Guide

(Condenser style dryer)

1. Load the Dryer

  • Place damp laundry into the drum.

  • Don’t overload — ventless dryers work best with medium loads.

2. Select a Drying Program

Turn the center dial to choose a cycle.

Common options typically include:

  • Normal / Cotton – everyday clothing

  • Mixed – mixed fabrics

  • Delicate – lighter fabrics

  • Timed Dry – manual time if needed

Press Start on the right control panel.

💡 Ventless dryers run longer than standard dryers (usually 60–120 minutes) because they dry at lower temperatures.

Important: Empty the Water Tank

The dryer collects moisture from clothes as water.

The top left drawer (highlighted in the photo) is the water reservoir.

When to Empty

  • Check every 1–2 loads

  • The dryer may stop if the tank is full.

How to Empty

  1. Pull the top left drawer straight out.

  2. Carry to a sink.

  3. Pour out the water.

  4. Slide the tank fully back into place.

Clean the Lint Filter

After each load:

  1. Open the dryer door.

  2. Remove the lint filter inside the door opening.

  3. Pull off lint.

  4. Replace the filter.

This keeps drying times short and prevents overheating.

Helpful Tips

  • Smaller loads dry faster and better.

  • If clothes are slightly damp at the end, run 20–30 minutes on Timed Dry.

  • Towels may require a longer cycle.

  • Keep the lint filter clean for best performance.

If the Dryer Stops Mid-Cycle

Usually one of these:

  • Water tank is full

  • Lint filter needs cleaning

  • Load is too large

Fix the issue and press Start again.

Trash bins are located in the garage.

Please depart by 10:00 AM unless you’ve received prior approval.

Before you go, kindly:

  • Turn off all lights and appliances

  • Close and lock all windows and doors
