Upon passing the Welcome to Mt. Crested Butte sign, continue about a 1/4 mile up Gothic Road. Take a right onto Castle Rd. Continue about 1/2 mile down Castle Road. The driveway to the West Elk complex will be on your right. Continue down the hill into the parking lot. Keep to your right then take your next left. You will see #11 at the end of the first set of buildings on your left.

Parking is by permit only. There are two permits in the condo for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. If possible, please park one vehicle in the garage and one in front of the unit. To maximize the outdoor parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.
The hot tub is located across from your unit. Down the stairs and the door to the hot tub will be on your right. Hot tub hours are from 10:00AM – 9:00PM and it will be unlocked during those times unless it’s undergoing maintenance. Glass, food and smoking is prohibited. Please use your room towels and return them to your condo after use. Children MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
The living room and bedroom TVs have cable provided. Use the Spectrum remote to power on the cable box and TV separately.
BASE AREA/MT. CRESTED BUTTE:
For ease of travel to the base area and Mt. Crested Butte, First Tracks is an on demand free shuttle service. You may request free rides within Mt. Crested Butte. Request rides using the First Tracks app (Google app, Apple app) or call (970)713-4070. They operate 7:15am-12:15am daily.
TOWN:
A bus stop is located about a 9 minute walk back down towards Gothic Rd. At the intersection of Gothic and Castle Rd, cross the street to the paved walkway. Walking down the hill, make your next right onto Pitchfork Rd. The bus stop is to your left as you walk up to the roundabout on Pitchfork Rd. This stop will bring you down into town. Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center. This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte and to the base area.
The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.
This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

Please check out of your vacation rental before or no later than 10:00 am. It’s helpful for our team if you can message or call us when you’ve departed. Please make sure to secure all windows and doors and turn off all lights and electrical devices. Want to be an exemplary guest? Please place trash in the property dumpster, gather dishes and load them in the dishwasher, and return any furniture to its’ original location.
