Parking is by permit only. There are two permits in the condo for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. Parking is any available spot in the front parking lot. To maximize the outdoor parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.
The hot tub is located on the 1st level in the courtyard. Take the stairs down to your left as you exit your unit. Continue down to the 1st level and into the courtyard. Upon entering the courtyard there are another half set of stairs to your left. The hot tub is just down these stairs. Hot tub timed jet controls are to the right of the gate in the gray box, turn dial to desired use. It is open 10am to 9pm. Glass, food and smoking are prohibited. Children MUST be supervised by an adult. Extra towels are under the bathroom sink, please bring towels back to the unit after use.
The Sauna is located directly opposite of the hot tub. Enter through the glass door using code 6240. Here there are the Women’s/Men’s bathrooms, sauna and shower.
The gas grill is just beyond the hot tub. Instructions on use are posted on the grill.
Use the ‘Vizio’ remote to turn TV on. Use the ‘Dish’ remote to turn on cable and to use streaming services. – this will be your primary remote once the TV is on. Click ‘menu’ on the ‘Cable’ remote to find streaming services. Select ‘cable’ on the ‘Cable’ remote to leave streaming services.
Gas fireplace. Please use the ‘Dimplex’ remote to turn on/off the fireplace. Make sure it is plugged into wall on right side. There is an on/off setting with adjustable 1 or 2 heat setting.
The water heater is a bit on the cozy side. After heavy use (like a few back-to-back showers or dishwashing), it may need a little time to heat back up.
👉 Please DO NOT adjust the temperature settings.
Turning it up or down will set off an alarm and nobody enjoys that symphony!
The best plan: give the heater a breather between showers or after doing dishes, and it’ll reward you with nice warm water again soon!
Trash dumpsters are located at the north end of the parking lot.
A bus stop is located across the street from the parking lot entrance on Hunter Hill Rd. Continuing straight out of the Wood Creek Lodge parking lot you will see signage for the bus stop.
Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center. This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte and to the base area.
The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.
This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

The laundry room is located on the 3rd & 4th floors. The code for the laundry room is 1560. It is coin or card operated through QR scanning. It costs $2.50 per load and can be purchased with credit card through QR code or with quarters.
