This inviting in-town home puts you steps from Elk Avenue’s restaurants, shops, and galleries while keeping you just a block away from the free shuttle to Mt. Crested Butte. In winter, enjoy seamless access to world-class skiing as well as the state’s most groomed Nordic track just outside your door. In summer, stroll or bike to trails, festivals, and all the charm of our mountain town.

This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home features an open living area perfect for gathering with friends and family. ✦ TRAVEL PLANS & CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we offer a cancellation and modification policy that is more flexible than many vacation rentals. To be fair to all of our guests and homeowners, however, once the non-refundable period begins, we are unable to make exceptions or extend credits toward future stays.

For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel protection at the time of booking. Travel insurance is the best way to protect your trip investment and recover costs in the event of illness, family emergencies, severe weather, flight disruptions, or other unforeseen changes that may affect your travel plans.
