  • Continue along the Three Seasons building to the back parking lot. Enter through either set of double doors on along side the wall of windows.

  • Entering into the building continue alongside the pool to the other end.

  • Continue up the stairs through the "Main Floor" door.

  • Upon reaching the second floor, continue around to your right and through the "South Mall" door.

  • Continuing down the walkway you will arrive at unit #238 A & B.

Quick & Easy

Parking is permit only. Your condo includes two parking permits, which can be found inside the unit—please display them on your dashboard during your stay.

Where to park:
• Any open space in the north or south parking lots

Winter note (important):
To help keep things running smoothly after snowstorms, we kindly ask that you move your vehicle to freshly plowed spaces when available. This allows our team to clear out previously occupied spots and keep parking accessible for everyone.

Easy Haul

There’s a luggage lift to help get your bags and gear where they need to go—no heavy lifting required.

Location:
Centrally located near the mail/package counter

How it works:

  1. Call the lift to the first floor
  2. Load your bags and gear
  3. Send the lift to your desired floor (1, 2, 3, or B for basement/laundry)
  4. Take the stairs just behind you to meet it
  5. Unload and you’re all set

Go Soak It In

Located on the first level in the south mall near our office, you’ve got the full relaxation lineup waiting—indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna—perfect for unwinding after a day out in the mountains.

Hours (most of the year):
• 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Shoulder Season Flex (April, May, October, November):
Things slow down a bit, so amenities are available upon request—just give us a heads up or swing by during office hours and we’ll get everything fired up.

Pro tips:
• Grab extra towels from under your bathroom sink
• Rinse off before hopping in (your fellow soakers will thank you)
• Sauna session → hot tub → repeat = elite recovery mode

Heads up:
Occasionally, amenities may close without notice for cleaning or maintenance—because a questionable soak is not the vibe. We keep it clean so you can keep it relaxing.

BASE AREA/MT CRESTED BUTTE:

For ease of travel to the base area, First Tracks is an on demand free shuttle service. You may request free rides within Mt. Crested Butte. Request rides using the First Tracks app (Google appApple app) or call (970)713-4070. They operate 7:15am-12:15am daily.

TOWN

A stop is located in front of your building’s parking lot. Across the street from the Three Seasons parking lot entrance, you will see signage for the bus stop at the Outrun complex. This stop will bring you into town.

Summer Bus Schedule

Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center.  This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.

The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.

Winter Bus Schedule

This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

Spring & Fall Schedule

Located on the basement level central of the building, our game room is the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the mountain (or to keep the crew entertained on a mellow afternoon).

What you’ll find:
• Pool table
• Ping pong
• Foosball

Getting Set Up:
Swing by the Crested Butte Lodging office to grab ping pong paddles and foosball balls.

Feel free to keep them overnight—just return everything to the office the following morning so the next guests can join the fun.

Game on 🎱

Located centrally in the basement, the laundry room is easy to access from anywhere in the building—perfect for a mid-stay refresh or post-adventure clean-up.

What to expect:
• Multiple washers + dryers
• Coin-operated machines
• Open for guest use

Whether it’s ski gear, muddy bike kits, or just a quick refresh, you’re all set to keep things dialed during your stay.

Located on the south (mountain-facing) side of the building, you’ll find our shared gas grills—perfect for a laid-back après BBQ or a sunny summer cookout with a view.

• Great mountain-facing setup for outdoor dining

If a propane tank runs out during your stay, just give the Crested Butte Lodging office a quick call and we’ll get it swapped out as soon as possible.

Fire it up and enjoy—this is mountain living at its best.

Trash dumpsters and commingled recycling are located in the south end of the parking lot. Please follow the guidelines to ensure our pickup. This means NO PLASTIC BAGS in the recycling.

To keep our STR license in good standing with the Town of Mount Crested Butte, we’re required to share a few important docs with you:

  • [Self-Compliance-Affidavit]
    We’ve signed this to confirm we’re following all town rules for short-term rentals. The town inspects and monitors compliance, and violations could result in fines or license suspension.

  • [Good Neighbor Policy]
    This one’s important — it covers things like noise, trash, and parking. Guests are required to follow these rules during their stay. Noncompliance can result in fines or loss of the rental license.

Please depart by 10:00 AM unless you’ve received prior approval.
