Upon entering at the parking lot,

Continue along the Three Seasons building to the back parking lot. Enter through either set of double doors on alongside the wall of windows.

Parking
Parking is by permit only. There are two permits in the condo for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. You can park in any available spot in the north or south lots of the building. To maximize the outdoor parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.
Luggage Lift
There is a luggage lift available to bring up bags and gear. The luggage lift is located centrally in the building, close to the mail/package counter. Call the lift to the first floor and load in your pieces. Take the stairs behind you up to the second level. Call the luggage lift up to you and unload.
Pool & Hot Tub Information
The indoor pool and hot tub are located on the first level in the south mall near our offices. Most of the year, it is open from 10:00am to 9:00pm. During quieter months (April, May, October, November) both can be opened upon request in advance or during our office hours. There are additional towels available under your bathroom sink to bring to the pool/hot tub.
Bus Schedule
BASE AREA/MT CRESTED BUTTE:
For ease of travel to the base area, First Tracks is an on demand free shuttle service. You may request free rides within Mt. Crested Butte. Request rides using the First Tracks app (Google app, Apple app) or call (970)713-4070. They operate 7:15am-12:15am daily.
TOWN
A stop is located in front of your building’s parking lot. Across the street from the Three Seasons parking lot entrance, you will see signage for the bus stop at the Outrun complex. This stop will bring you into town.
Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center. This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.
The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.
This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.
The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

Laundry Room/Game Room
The laundry room and game room are located in the basement level of the south end of the building. There is foosball, ping pong, and pool. The pool table does require quarters to play. There is a quarter machine between the vending machines near the west entrance of the building. Change can also be made at our Crested Butte Lodging office located near the pool. You’ll want to stop by our office for foosball balls, ping pong paddles, queue balls, and queue sticks. They can be kept overnight and returned to the office in the AM after use.
The laundry washers and dryers are coin, or app operated.
Trash and Recycling
Trash dumpsters and commingled recycling are located in the south end of the parking lot. Please follow the guidelines to ensure our pickup. This means NO PLASTIC BAGS in the recycling.
Please depart by 10:00 AM unless you’ve received prior approval.
