Can’t find the network?  Sometimes when there is a temporary outage or reset, the network name and password can default to the original set up.  The router and modem are located on the mantle above the electric fireplace.  You can identify the default network and password on the back of the router.

We’re here to help you enjoy your vacation! For any questions or recommendations, please give us a call, (970) 349-2449. Our office is located in the Three Seasons building at 701 Gothic Road, and we’re open daily 9am-5pm. If you have a maintenance emergency after-hours, you can also call this number. It is answered 24/7 and we always have a local rep on call.  (970) 349-2449

After the hours of our office operation, the entry door to Three Seasons will be locked. To enter use code 6706.

Parking is by permit only. The condo has two permits for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. They are in the condo for you to pick up.  You can park in any available spot in the north or south lots of the building. To maximize the outdoor parking spaces during winter, we ask that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those occupied spaces when we plowed last.

All TVs have streaming services.  Log into your account to watching your favorite shows and movies!

The indoor pool and hot tub are located on the first level in the south mall near our offices.  Most of the year, it is open from 10:00am to 9:00pm.  During quieter months (April, May, October, November) both can be opened upon request in advance or during our office hours.  There are additional towels available under your bathroom sink to bring to the pool/hot tub.

There is an electric fireplace located underneath the TV.  It can be turned on and off with the remote located in the remote box on the mantle.

A stop is located in front of your building’s parking lot. Taking a right out of the parking lot you will see signage for the bus stop on Hunter Hill Road.

Summer Bus Schedule

Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center.  This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.

The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.

Winter Bus Schedule

This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

The laundry room and game room are located in teh basement level of the south end of the building.  There is foosball, ping pong, and pool.  The pool table does require quarters to play.  There is a quarter machine between the vending machines near the west entrance of the building.  Change can also be made at our Crested Butte Lodging office located near the pool.  You’ll want to stop by our office for foosball balls, ping pong paddles, queue balls, and queue sticks.  They can be kept overnight and returned to the office in the AM after use.

The laundry washers and dryers are coin, or app operated.

Trash dumpsters and commingled recycling are located in the south end of the parking lot. Please follow the guidelines to ensure our pickup. This means NO PLASTIC BAGS in the recycling.

Please check out of your vacation rental before or no later than 10:00 am. It’s helpful for our team if you can message or call us when you’ve departed. Please make sure to secure all windows and doors and turn off all lights and electrical devices. Want to be an exemplary guest? Please place trash in the property dumpster, gather dishes and load them in the dishwasher, and return any furniture to its’ original location.
