Your condo number is #05.

Once you have arrived in Mount Crested Butte, continue 1 mile up the mountain toward the Resort. Just past the main base area, you’ll turn left onto Marcellina Lane. Continue on Marcellina Lane until you approach a Y. You’ll go to your left, which will dead end at the Snowcrest Complex. There is a permit in the condo for you. If you have 2 vehicles, please park one in the garage and one in the lot with the permit.  Take the stairs at the North end of the parking lot down one flight. Turn right and continue down the walkway through the glass threshold. You will see unit #05 stairwell access at the end of the long corridor on your right.

Parking is by permit only. There is two permit in the condo for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. Please park in designated parking areas across from garages. In an effort to maximize the outdoor parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.

The hot tub is centrally located in the center of the complex. Take a left from the bottom of the stairs exiting your unit. Continue down to the end of walkway, passing through the glass threshold, the gate will be on your left. This is also where you can access the gas grill. Glass, food and smoking are prohibited. Children MUST be supervised by an adult.

TVs provide access to your favorite streaming services through your personalized accounts. Using the Roku remote, hit POWER, and then press HOME. Ensure the TV input is set to HDMI 1.

A bus stop is located in the base area. For easiest access to the base area, use the free on demand shuttle service, First Tracks. You may request free rides within Mt. Crested Butte. Request rides using the First Tracks app (Google appApple app) or call (970)713-4070. They operate 7:15am-12:15am daily.

Summer Bus Schedule

Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center.  This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.

The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.

Winter Bus Schedule

This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

Washer and dryer are located in the common laundry area on the bridge level between buildings.

Please be aware that the pedestrian bridge access to the base area will not be accessible at this time. Reconstruction is currently in progress, and the anticipated end date is the end of October. We apologize for this inconvenience and have reflected this value in presenting our best available rate.

Trash dumpsters and recycling options are located in the parking lot.

Please check out of your vacation rental before or no later than 10:00 am. It’s helpful for our team if you can message or call us when you’ve departed. Please make sure to secure all windows and doors and turn off all lights and electrical devices. Want to be an exemplary guest? Please place trash in the property dumpster, gather dishes and load them in the dishwasher, and return any furniture to its’ original location.
