Turn left into the shared back parking lot when you see the green roofed building with signage for Redstone/Evergreen.
25 Emmons Road, Mount Crested Butte, CO 81225
Continue through the parking lot to the second building with the red roof/railing. The building entry is just down the steps through the red door.
Enter through the red door and continue down the hall. Follow the signage for Unit #40, which will guide you to turn right down the hallway.
At the end of this hallway take the red door on your right and continue up the stairs two levels.
At the top of the stairs continue through the red door for the 4th floor units 40-47. Unit #40 will be the first red door on your right.

We’ve signed this to confirm we’re following all town rules for short-term rentals. The town inspects and monitors compliance, and violations could result in fines or license suspension. -

This one’s important — it covers things like noise, trash, and parking. Guests are required to follow these rules during their stay. Noncompliance can result in fines or loss of the rental license. -

🔋 Need a Battery?
We keep a bright-colored battery box in the kitchen for things like remotes and detectors.
Inside you’ll find:

- 4 AAA
- 1 9-volt
Use what you need for the condo! Just let us know if you take one so we can restock it for the next guest. 😊
Parking
Parking is by permit only and available in the upper and lower lots. If you have two vehicles, one must be parked in the lower lot by the road, and only one vehicle may be parked in the upper lot. Vehicles with rear-mounted bike racks must be parked in the lower lot.
During winter, please move your vehicle to plowed spaces when possible so we can clear and maintain the parking areas efficiently.
Hot Tub / Sauna
Soak, sweat, relax. The hot tub is located on the 1st-level outdoor deck at the south end of the building and is open daily from 10 AM–10 PM. Your key to the hot tub is on the yellow lanyard in your unit.
A few house rules: No glass, food, or smoking in the hot tub area.
The saunas are located on the 3rd and 4th floors and are also open from 10 AM–10 PM. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Please use the towels provided in your condo (under sink) and return them to your unit when you’re finished.

TV & Streaming
All TVs provide access to your favorite streaming services through your personalized accounts.
Bus Schedule
The bus stop to go into town is located in the base area. From your unit exit to the front of the building onto Emmons Road. Cross the road onto the paved walkway. Take the second set of stairs on your right with the evergreens. Down these stairs to your left is the bus stop. Take the bus labeled “TOWN”. This is the Mountaineer Square stop.
Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center. This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.
The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.
This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.
The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

Laundry Room
Need to freshen up your gear? Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the 2nd-floor laundry area next to Unit #26.
Forgot your quarters? No problem! We’re happy to make change at the office, just reach out.
Trash and Recycling
Trash dumpsters and recycling options are located outside of the building to your left, at the entrance to the back parking lot.
Please depart by 10:00 AM unless you’ve received prior approval.
