Once you have arrived in Mount Crested Butte, continue 1 mile up the mountain toward the Resort. Just past the main base area, you’ll turn right onto Treasury Road. The road will curve to the right, and the Redstone building will be on your left. Once you see the building take the driveway leading to the back of the building to unload.
Your parking permits are waiting for you in the condo. Please remember if you have two vehicles, one must be parked in the back parking lot and the other in front.

Parking
PARKING: Parking is by permit only and is available in the upper and lower parking lots. IF YOU HAVE TWO VEHICLES, ONE MUST BE PARKED IN THE LOWER LOT BY THE ROAD AND ONE CAN BE PARKED IN THE UPPER LOT (Only one vehicle can occupy the upper lot). If your vehicle has a rear-mounted bicycle rack, it must be parked in the lower lot. To maximize parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.
Hot Tub/Sauna Information
The hot tub is located on the outside deck of the 1st level on the south end of the building and is open from 10 am to 10 pm. You can access the hot tub with the key on the yellow lanyard in the unit. Glass, food, and smoking are prohibited. The saunas are located on the 3rd & 4th floors of the building and are also open from 10 am to 10 pm. Children MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Please use your room towels and return them to your condo after use.
TV
All TVs provide access to your favorite streaming services through your personalized accounts.
Bus Schedule
The bus stop to go into town is located in the base area. From your unit exit to the front of the building onto Emmons Road. Cross the road onto the paved walkway. Take the second set of stairs on your right with the evergreens. Down these stairs to your left is the bus stop. Take the bus labeled “TOWN”. This is the Mountaineer Square stop.
Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center. This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.
The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.
This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

Laundry Room
Washers and dryers are located in the common laundry area on the 2nd floor next to Unit #26.
Trash and Recycling
Trash dumpsters and recycling options are located outside of the building to your left, at the entrance to the back parking lot.
Check-out Info
Please check out of your vacation rental before or no later than 10:00 am. It’s helpful for our team if you can message or call us when you’ve departed. Please make sure to secure all windows and doors and turn off all lights and electrical devices. Want to be an exemplary guest? Please place trash in the property dumpster, gather dishes and load them in the dishwasher, and return any furniture to its’ original location.
