Parking
Parking is by permit only. Two permits are provided in the condo and must be displayed on your dashboard.
Please park one vehicle in the garage. A second vehicle may be parked in the designated area across from the garages.
Hot Tub/Grill/Sauna Information
The hot tub, sauna, grill area, and clubhouse are located in the center of the complex. From your unit, head outside and across the parking lot. You’ll see grated stairs leading down the slope. At the bottom, the gated hot tub, sauna, and grill area will be on your right.
Showers and restrooms are available in the clubhouse. The access code is 8122.
Please note: Glass, food, and smoking are prohibited in the hot tub area. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please use the towels provided in your condo and return them after use.
Tennis Courts
The tennis courts are located in the center of the complex. Continue outside from your unit. Across the parking lot you will see grated stairs heading down the slope. Continue down these stairs and you will see the tennis court to your left.
TV
TVs are cable sourced. To turn TV on select CBL, press power on the Spectrum remote, then power on Vizio remote.
Bus Schedule
BASE AREA:
For ease of travel to the base area, First Tracks is an on demand free shuttle service. You may request free rides within Mt. Crested Butte. Request rides using the First Tracks app (Google app, Apple app) or call (970)713-4070. They operate 7:15am-12:15am daily.
TOWN:
A bus stop is located at the front of the Outrun complex. Exiting outside from your unit, look for the grated stairs across the parking lot. Continue down the path until you reach the front parking lot. Walk towards Marcellina Lane and to your right you will see signage for the bus stop. The bus will head into town from here.
Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center. This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.
The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.
This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.
The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

Laundry Room
Washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet with double doors inside unit.
Trash and Recycling
Trash dumpsters are located on the south side of the building.
Please depart by 10:00 AM unless you’ve received prior approval.
