Mountain Edge #202

  • Once you have arrived in Mount Crested Butte, continue 1/4 mile up the mountain toward the Resort. Turn right onto Hunter Hill Road. Moutain Edge will be the first right after you turn onto Hunter Hill Road.

  • You may park in any designated parking spot. Access to the building is located between the trees via the grated walkway.

  • Continue down the first set of stairs to your right down one level to the second floor unit’s door.

  • Enter the hallway and continue to just about the end of the corridor. Your unit #202 will be on your left.

If you change the input cables, please return them to the original settings below!

  • LG TV power, input source, and volume can be controlled using the LG remote.
  • Roku is available and can be operated using the Roku remote. Input source is HDMI2.
  • DVD/VHS is available by changing the input to AV1 using the LG remote. To operate the DVD/VHS use the Sanyo remote.

Onkyo Bluetooth stereo is located under the TV and can be operated using the Onkyo remote. Stereo features USB input, CD player, and radio.

Hot Tub & Grill Access Info:

  • Located on the third floor

  • Use the stairwell to access

    • Note: Stairwell doors may lock behind you — bring your key (yellow lanyard)

  • Once on the third floor:

    • Hot tub is to your right after exiting the stairwell

    • Jet timer controls are immediately to your right through the gate

  • Rules:

    • No glass, food, or smoking

    • Children must be supervised by an adult

The fireplace is operated by using the remote on the mantle above the fireplace or the control panel above the fireplace glass to the right.

A stop is located in front of your building’s parking lot. Taking a right out of the parking lot you will see signage for the bus stop on Hunter Hill Road.

Summer Bus Schedule

Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center.  This is a great way to get to the resort Base Area or connect to the main transit center for additional transportation to Gothic Townsite or Town of Crested Butte.  TIP: If you’re headed to Crested Butte, walk down to the “Pitchfork” bus stop.  You’ll bypass the rest of the stops and shave 15 minutes of wait time!

The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.

Winter Bus Schedule

The winter condo loop bus runs from the transit center every 30 minutes starting at 8:00 am.  This is a great way to get to the resort Base Area or connect to the main transit center for additional transportation to the Town of Crested Butte.  SKI ACCESS: Your best option for ski area access is to use the West Wall Lift located on the other side of the West Wall Lodge from where you are staying.  Head out of the parking lot and go to your right.  A block over is the West Wall Lodge, use sidewalks to access the lift.

The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

Just a heads-up: there’s not a washer in the unit, but you’ll find a dryer in the closet to the left as you enter.

For additional laundry needs, there are building laundry facilities on the second floor, just down the hall under the green exit sign.

The building laundry machines can be operated by quarters or via the Pay Range app; see details in laundry room.

Trash dumpsters and commingled recycling are located in the north end of the parking lot.

Please follow the guidelines to ensure our pickup. This means NO PLASTIC BAGS in the recycling.

To keep our STR license in good standing with the Town of Mount Crested Butte, we’re required to share a few important docs with you:

  • [Self-Compliance Affidavit]
    We’ve signed this to confirm we’re following all town rules for short-term rentals. The town inspects and monitors compliance, and violations could result in fines or license suspension.

  • [Good Neighbor Policy]
    This one’s important — it covers things like noise, trash, and parking. Guests are required to follow these rules during their stay. Noncompliance can result in fines or loss of the rental license.

    Proof that our property is officially licensed for short-term rentals.

Please depart by 10:00 AM unless you’ve received prior approval.

Before you go, kindly:

  • Turn off all lights and appliances

  • Close and lock all windows and doors
