Three streets up from the “Welcome to Mount Crested Butte” sign, take a right onto Hunter Hill Road. Continue as the road turns to the left. Gateway complex is a grey building on your right shortly after. THE GARAGE WILL REQUIRE CODE 5963# FOR ACCESS.

Inside the garage, you’ll have access to the elevator. This will make unloading and loading much easier. READ SIGNS FOR DIRECTIONS IN COMPLEX TO THE CONDO.

The underground parking garage and elevator can be accessed with code 5963#.

Parking is by permit only. There is one permit in the condo for you to display on your dashboard during your stay. Parking is available in the underground heated garage or in the limited outdoor spaces.

To maximize the outdoor parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.

Trash dumpster is located just outside the south parking garage entrance.

Portable Air Conditioner

Open the windows at night

Because of our high altitude and dry climate, the nights in southern Colorado tend to drop dramatically, typically falling below 60 degrees even in the height of a hot summer.  Opening windows on at least two sides of your house at night will create a cross breeze that will cool the house when the sun is down.

Close blinds during the day

While the sun can be a delightful source of natural light, it also heats your house as it filters through your glass windows. Closing blinds during the day will help to keep your house from getting too hot during the daytime.

Please check out of your vacation rental before or no later than 10:00 am. It’s helpful for our team if you can message or call us when you’ve departed. Please make sure to secure all windows and doors and turn off all lights and electrical devices. Want to be an exemplary guest? Please place trash in the property dumpster, gather dishes and load them in the dishwasher, and return any furniture to its’ original location.
