We’re here to help you enjoy your vacation! For any questions or recommendations, please give us a call, (970) 349-2449. Our office is located in the Three Seasons building at 701 Gothic Road, and we’re open daily 9am-5pm. If you have a maintenance emergency after-hours, you can also call this number. It is answered 24/7 and we always have a local rep on call.

Parking is by permit only. There is one permit in the condo for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. Parking is any unrestricted available space in the lot directly in front of the condo. To maximize the outdoor parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.

Open the windows at night

Because of our high altitude and dry climate, the nights in southern Colorado tend to drop dramatically, typically falling below 60 degrees even in the height of a hot summer.  Opening windows on at least two sides of your house at night will create a cross breeze that will cool the house when the sun is down.

Close blinds during the day

While the sun can be a delightful source of natural light, it also heats your house as it filters through your glass windows. Closing blinds during the day will help to keep your house from getting too hot during the daytime.

The hot tub and grill are located on the mountain side of the building, slope side. Walking around to the front of the building, you will see the hot tub up a half set of stairs to your left. To use the infrared communal grill, turn on the gas and hit the ignition button to begin.

Hot tubs, pools, and other amenities are subject to being closed or locked without notice at anytime for repairs, maintenance, or for safety reasons. Most amenities are closed or have limited operating hours during some off-seasons. Glass, food, and smoking are prohibited. Children MUST be supervised by an adult.

The motion light should be set to all-day mode so it activates when you approach the door making it easier to wake up your electronic entry.

Here are the two settings and how to set them:

[All day mode]- When the light is off, press the power button three times, then the light will flash two times.  After flashing, the mode has been activated.

[Night mode]- When the light is off, press the power button twice, then the light will flash three times.  After lashing, the mode has been activated.

TV’s give access to cable and streaming services for your viewing pleasure.

The electric fireplace can be turned on using the remote secured to the wall just to the right. Flame, light, and even color can be changed using the Revillusion remote.  There is also a small speaker box next to the remote.  This is to create the ambient sound of a crackling fire.  To turn it on, pull the box off of the Velcro-secured location and use switch the power on the back to “ON.” Place the box back in the secure location and use the button on the front of the box to control the volume.  3 settings of sound will intensify as you push the button and then cycle back to the lower volume.

THIS IS A DRY SAUNA.  DO NOT PUT WATER ON THE ROCKS.

The sauna is located in the 2nd floor bathroom, just behind the door. The exterior and above unit interior is an old control board that no longer functions.  However, a new system has been installed and can be controlled INSIDE the sauna.  Look for the cream-colored switches below the heating element (box with sauna rocks in it).
