Evergreen Unit #4

  • Once you see the building with the green roof, take the driveway on your left leading to the back of the building to unload.

  • After parking in the back upper lot, take the green door on the right-side of the building.

  • Entering in through the green door continue on to the second set of stairs up on your left.

  • Up the half flight of stairs, the unit #4 entry door will be on your left. Once in the condo, you can use the sliding glass doors off of the living room area easy ground floor access to the parking lot. These are hard key entries, so you’ll want to grab one of the labeled keys off of the kitchen to carry with you.

  • The unit can be accessed during your stay through this sliding glass door. Please note: There is a small white door stopper on the bottom left that may need to be released in order for the door to open fully. Simply check near the base of the door and gently release the stopper if needed.

Parking is by permit only. There are two permits waiting for you in the condo. If you have two vehicles, please park one in the back lower lot off Emmons Rd and one in the front upper lot. Only one vehicle may park in the front upper lot. If your vehicle has a rear mounted bicycle rack, it must be parked in the front lot.

In an effort to maximize parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.

Open the windows at night

Because of our high altitude and dry climate, the nights in southern Colorado tend to drop dramatically, typically falling below 60 degrees even in the height of a hot summer.  Opening windows on at least two sides of your house at night will create a cross breeze that will cool the house when the sun is down.

Close blinds during the day

While the sun can be a delightful source of natural light, it also heats your house as it filters through your glass windows. Closing blinds during the day will help to keep your house from getting too hot during the daytime.

The Sauna is located upstairs one level, you will see SAUNA on the door across from the stairwell. The hot tub and grill are located outside of the building, accessible through the sliding double doors out to the deck. Timer jet controls are located next to the hot tub rules sign.

There is a closet located in the dining area specific for gear storage.  The doorknob works but pulling up on the handle to open the door. 

The fireplace is controlled via thermostat remote.  It is usually found on the coffee table near the fireplace.  Don’t see it?  Check the mantle around the fireplace.

TVs are available in the living room and the primary bedroom.  The living room has access to cable channels and streaming. Use the LG or Spectrum remote turn on the TV. Hit the “Home” button on the LG remote to access streaming and cable, selecting “Set-Top Box” will give you access to cable. The primary bedroom has access to streaming. To turn TV on/off press and hold button on TV under LG logo. Use the LG remote to navigate signing into your favorite streaming applications.

The bus stop to go into town is located in the base area. From your unit exit to the front of the building onto Emmons Road. Cross the road onto the paved walkway. Take the second set of stairs on your right with the evergreens. Down these stairs to your left is the bus stop. Take the bus labeled “TOWN”. This is the Mountaineer Square stop.

Summer Bus Schedule

Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center.  This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.

The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.

Winter Bus Schedule

This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

Laundry is located on the ground floor accessed from the back parking lot. Machines are quarter operation only.

Trash and recycling receptacles are located at the entrance of the upper back parking lot.

To keep our STR license in good standing with the Town of Mount Crested Butte, we’re required to share a few important docs with you:

    We’ve signed this to confirm we’re following all town rules for short-term rentals. The town inspects and monitors compliance, and violations could result in fines or license suspension.

    This one’s important — it covers things like noise, trash, and parking. Guests are required to follow these rules during their stay. Noncompliance can result in fines or loss of the rental license.

Please depart by 10:00 AM unless you’ve received prior approval.

Before you go, kindly:

  • Turn off all lights and appliances

  • Close and lock all windows and doors
