Upon entering under the porte-cochere, enter the building through the double sliding glass doors.
6 Emmons Loop #118, Mount Crested Butte, CO 81225
Entering into the lobby, take a right to continue down the East Tower hallway.
Continue past the elevators and make a left to continue down the hallway.
Continue down until you see Unit #118 on your left.
Alternatively, you may enter through the back parking lot door. Use the second exterior door upon entering into the lot, just beyond the blue signage post. Use code 4522# for access 11pm-7am.
Continue through the wood door for the first floor. Just down the hall on the right you will see Unit#118.

Parking
Parking is by permit only. There is one permit per unit. Parking is available under the wooden arch to your left, as you enter the Grand Lodge lot, in the parking garage structure or anywhere directly adjacent to the building. The parking lot is regularly patrolled. If you don’t want a pesky sticker, please clearly display your permit on your dashboard.

Pool/Hot Tub/Fitness Center Information
The pool, hot tub, and fitness center are located on the first floor of the East wing. Use code 4522 (GLCB) to access these areas.
The fitness center is accessible from inside the pool area. The fitness center door is on your left as you enter into the pool area. There is a steam room available as well in the East Wing. Just past the East elevators to your left will be the glass door for the steam room, timed controls are adjacently located on the exterior wall.
Hot tubs, pools, and other amenities are subject to being closed or locked without notice at anytime for repairs, maintenance, or for safety reasons. Most amenities are closed or have limited operating hours during some off-seasons.
TV
TV provides access to cable for your viewing pleasure.
Bus Schedule
A bus stop is located just outside your building. Exiting the double glass doors, turn to the left. Walking up the loop road, you will pass the pool on your left, the bus stop will be at the top of this loop. You will see brightly painted bus labeled with “TOWN”. This is the Mountaineer Square stop.
Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center. This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.
The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.
This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.
The last bus to the Base Area from your stop is 10:46 pm.

Laundry Room
Washer and dryers are located on the 5th floor up the East wing elevators. Machines are coin or card operated through a QR code. Laundry detergent is available across the street at The Store open daily 9am-9pm (until 10pm on Friday and Saturday).
Trash and Recycling
Trash dumpsters are located outside in the back parking lot. Exit through the West end of the building, passing under the “SUITES” sign. Exit through the single glass door and to your right is the large green dumpster.
Please depart by 10:00 AM unless you’ve received prior approval.
