Parking is by permit only. There are two permits on yellow lanyards in the condo for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. Please make sure to return the permit back to the condo upon departure. To maximize the outdoor parking spaces during the winter months, we are asking that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those spaces that were occupied when we plowed last.

How to Use Ceiling Radiant Heat (Tips for Maximum Comfort)

Radiant in-floor and ceiling heating warms the home gently from the surfaces up, creating even, cozy heat — but it responds more slowly than a traditional furnace.

To stay comfortable:

  • Aim for 68–70°F. This range is ideal for steady, comfortable warmth throughout the home.

  • Make small adjustments. Change the temperature by 1–2 degrees at a time and allow the system time to respond.

  • Avoid cranking the thermostat. Turning it way up won’t heat the space faster — it will continue warming and can leave the room uncomfortably hot.

  • Plan ahead. If you’d like it warmer in the morning or evening, make a modest adjustment in advance.

  • Be patient when cooling down. Once the floors or ceilings are warm, they hold heat, so the space cools gradually.

Radiant heat works best when left steady — think consistent cozy, not quick swings. Used this way, the system keeps the home comfortable without the temperature rollercoaster.

There are TVs in each of the bedrooms and the living room.  Spectrum cable is provided to each one.  Use the Spectrum remote to power on the TV.  Use the Spectrum remote to power on the cable box.  If channels do not display, make sure the TV is on HDMI1 input.

You’ll find a colorful laminated card with a key inside the condo — you’ll need this to access the pool area.

Extra pool towels are located under the bathroom sink for you to take along.

To get there, exit your building to the left — the next building over is the outdoor clubhouse. It’s open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Children must be supervised by an adult, and the door requires a key to unlock.

There are also two natural gas grills under the awning, perfect for family grilling!

Firewood is provided in the ground level closet at the entrance of the building.  There is a door labeled “firewood.” Use the key on the yellow lanyard by the front door for access.

There is a closet just outside the front doors of the building as you approach on your left.  This is equipment storage for folks staying in the building only.  The code for entry is 3333.

A stop is located in front of your building’s parking lot. Taking a right out of the parking lot you will see signage for the bus stop on Hunter Hill Road.

Coin-operated laundry is available at the second-floor landing of your building.

Trash dumpsters are large and green, located outside of your building to the left. Adjacent to the clubhouse and at the bus stop. Please follow the guidelines to ensure our pickup. This means NO PLASTIC BAGS in the recycling.

Open the windows at night

Because of our high altitude and dry climate, the nights in southern Colorado tend to drop dramatically, typically falling below 60 degrees even in the height of a hot summer.  Opening windows on at least two sides of your house at night will create a cross breeze that will cool the house when the sun is down.

Close blinds during the day

While the sun can be a delightful source of natural light, it also heats your house as it filters through your glass windows. Closing blinds during the day will help to keep your house from getting too hot during the daytime.
