After the hours of our office operation, the entry door to Three Seasons will be locked. To enter use code 6706.
Parking is by permit only. The condo has two permits for you to display on your dashboard while visiting. They are in the condo for you to pick up. You can park in any available spot in the north or south lots of the building. To maximize the outdoor parking spaces during winter, we ask that you move your vehicles to plowed spaces. This will allow us to clean out those occupied spaces when we plowed last.
All TVs have streaming services. Log into your account to watching your favorite shows and movies!
The indoor pool and hot tub are located on the first level in the south mall near our offices. Most of the year, it is open from 10:00am to 9:00pm. During quieter months (April, May, October, November) both can be opened upon request in advance or during our office hours. There are additional towels available under your bathroom sink to bring to the pool/hot tub.
There is an electric fireplace located underneath the TV. It can be turned on and off with the remote located in the remote box on the mantle.
A stop is located in front of your building’s parking lot. Taking a right out of the parking lot you will see signage for the bus stop on Hunter Hill Road.
Summer buses run every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am from the transit center. This is a great way to get to the Town of Crested Butte.
The last bus up from the 4-way stop is at 11:41 pm.
This is the best way to quickly get to the Resort Ski Area. Departs Mountaineer Square every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Buses will run every 30 minutes outside of these time frames. The Condo Express bus begins at 11:00 PM and runs until 12:00 AM. More details here.

You’ll want to stop by our office for foosball balls, ping pong paddles, queue balls, and queue sticks.
The laundry room and game room are located in the basement level of the south end of the building. There is foosball, ping pong, and pool. The pool table does require quarters to play. There is a quarter machine between the vending machines near the west entrance of the building. Change can also be made at our Crested Butte Lodging office located near the pool.
They can be kept overnight and returned to the office in the AM after use.
The laundry washers and dryers are coin, or app operated.
Trash dumpsters and commingled recycling are located in the south end of the parking lot. Please follow the guidelines to ensure our pickup. This means NO PLASTIC BAGS in the recycling.
Please depart by 10:00 AM unless you’ve received prior approval.
